Trash & Recycling Guidelines

Please be reminded of the following rules regarding the use of the trash and recycling facilities at Galleria Lofts.

In the past, these guidelines have not been followed by some residents, leading to significant fines charged to the property. Please help us by following the below guidelines:

Do not overfill the dumpsters

The lid must be able to be closed or a fine will be charged.  If the dumpster is full, please hold on to your trash or recycling in your garage until the dumpsters are emptied, which occurs twice per week.

Do not block the garbage chute

Do not place large items like pizza boxes into the garbage chute.

No bulk trash dumping is allowed.
You must arrange to have bulk items picked up, such as furniture and anything that doesn’t fit into the dumpster.  Do not leave furniture or bulk trash in the Trash Room.  The City provides a bulk trash pickup service from the street outside the rear gate of building 1045 on the 3rd Friday of the month.
